CEVA To Present And Participate At GSPx - The International Embedded Solutions Event

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - September 28, 2004 - CEVA, Inc. (NASDAQ:
CEVA; LSE: CVA), the leading licensor of digital signal processors (DSP)
cores and communications solutions to the semiconductor industry, today
announced that it will present a paper and demonstrate industry-leading
DSP solutions during GSPx, the "International Embedded Solutions Event" in
Santa Clara this week.

The paper, titled "CEVA Xpert-Creator" will introduce a revolutionary
new software solution from CEVA that dramatically eases the system
integration burden by providing a development environment and software
framework for 'plug-and-play' algorithm integration into multi-tasking
solutions such as those demanded by media processing applications.
Xpert-Creator addresses the DSP software-integration challenge with
Software Frameworks, Algorithm Design Rules, and Development Tools, and
enables designers to rapidly develop and deploy sophisticated
multi-tasking applications. The paper will be presented on Wednesday,
September 29 during the 2p.m. presentation session.

In addition, CEVA will be demonstrating the company's latest DSP
technologies at booth #524 in the conference hall. The demonstrations
include:

CEVA Mobile-Multimedia Solution - demonstrating Audio/Video
encode/decode, MPEG4 CMOS encode and JPEG encode / decode in a single
software programmable solution.

CEVA GPS Solution - a DSP-centric, low power, highly
integrated GPS solution optimized for all next generation Air Interfaces
(CDMA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA/UMTS, Flash OFDM).

CEVA-X Software Development Tools - demonstrating the
CEVA-X software tools and integrated development environment (IDE).
Visit CEVA at the booth to view the demonstrations and meet with CEVA
representatives.
