About the role:
As part of our Sales Operations group, you'll join a team that keeps Ceva's commercial and customer-facing engine running, owning the CRM platform that connects Sales, Legal, Finance, R&D, and our global customer base. This is a hands-on administration role centered on Ceva's Salesforce implementation which serves as the backbone of our sales pipeline, customer support chain, deliverables distribution, licensing, and customer community portal. You'll work closely with Sales managers and cross-functional teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and incrementally extend a system that directly impacts customer experience and revenue recognition.
Role Focus: Day-to-day administration, user support, and continuous upgrade of Ceva's CRM.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Ceva's Salesforce implementation and Ceva’s CRM related systems.
Own the deployment and adoption of AI tools across the Sales organization.
Own CRM enhancements - end to end solution design, from gathering and understanding the requirements, through writing a detailed design, and all the way to implementation.
Support and monitor integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including Azure DevOps (TFS), Azure Blob Storage, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and custom external applications interacting with Ceva’s Salesforce.
Respond to internal user requests and act as first-line support for Salesforce-related questions from the Sales, technical support, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, with demonstrable hands-on configuration experience.
- Salesforce Administration: Proficiency in objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to trace a reported issue through configuration, flow logic, and integration layers to identify root cause.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic programming skills: be able to dive into existing code or develop new related code via Salesforce’s APEX.
Advantages:
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools as a consumer.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
- Prior experience in a technology, semiconductor, or IP licensing company, understanding of concepts like license management, deliverables, or customer project structures is a plus.
