About the Role:
Within the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) Business Unit at Ceva, you will join our RF team and contribute to the development of high-performance wireless transceiver ICs.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and agile team, working on cutting edge wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and UWB. You will be based in our Athens office (following the acquisition of MEICSi by Ceva) and collaborate closely with a talented group of engineers to shape the next generation of wireless solutions.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the design and verification of analog/mixed-signal blocks that meet the required specifications. Work closely with Layout Engineers and perform layout reviews. Generate design documentation reports and participate in design reviews. Support post-silicon verification and debugging tasks with electrical measurements in the Lab.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent field with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related analog circuit design.
- 2-4 years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design in nanometer planar CMOS or FinFET technologies. Circuits of interest are ADC, DAC, VCO, Ring-Oscillators, frequency dividers, analog low-pass filters, voltage regulators and band-gap reference. Low voltage and low power CMOS design technique knowledge in nanometer technologies is essential.
- Experience with Cadence IC design tools.
- Experience writing reports and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of system architecture for wireless transceivers.
- Team player with communication abilities

- Good organization and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in English
