Executive product and technology leader, specialized in defining and leading the development of disruptive technologies for connected devices, at the intersection of product management, technical leadership and engineering management, from ideation to production at scale
Held senior management and technical leadership positions in international companies and start-up in multiple domains: semiconductor (SoC), mobile, automotive, AI and media processing.
Iri Trashanski
Iri Trashanski is Ceva’s Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing strategy, marketing, and corporate development. With over 20 years in the semiconductor industry, he has held leadership roles at GlobalFoundries, Hitachi Vantara, Samsung, Marvell, and SanDisk. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from IDC, Israel.
Zvica Goltzman
An experienced engineer, manger, and entrepreneur with vast experience in innovative technologies and multi-disciplinary systems.
Over the last years, Zvica led and managed the main investment funds of the Israel Innovation Authority, specializing in supporting start-up and growth companies dedicated to cutting-end technologies across diverse domains. During the last 2 years, Zvica VP of the Israeli National AI Program and semiconductor lead.
Dima Feldman
Dima is responsible for product management, strategy, marketing, and system architecture for cellular IoT. In this role, he collaborates with customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem on innovative IoT solutions. He brings over 25 years of experience in semiconductors and communication technology to the role. In previous positions, Dima led teams in product management, system architecture, hardware design, and RF development.
Dima holds an Executive MBA from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and a BSc from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Nir Shlezinger
Nir is a PI in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Ben-Gurion University, Israel.
His research interests are broadly in the intersection of machine learning, signal processing, and communications.
Rami Drucker
Experienced product management and business development leader with a strong technical background, years as an R&D engineer with 4 patents. Highly passionate, strategic thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and creative problem-solver with exceptional prioritization and leadership skills. Proven track record of transforming companies into market leaders!
Navot Goren
Experienced Software Lead with a demonstrated history of working in the semiconductors industry. Skilled in LTE, NB-IoT, Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), Mobile Technology, Hardware Architecture, Digital Signal Processors, and Embedded Systems. Strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) focused in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Elad Baram
With over 15 years of experience in product management, Elad have a proven track record in driving product strategy, market development, and technological innovation across startups and Fortune 500 companies.
